Review of Alta Bistro

The staff and Sous Chef were extremely knowledgeable about how to prepare a safe meal for celiacs and any other food allergies. I went for a set 4 course menu all vegan birthday dinner party and was really impressed with the creative flavours and dishes that tasted sooo good! They knew things most places usually wouldn’t such as to remove the Oat Granola from the dessert in order to keep it safe. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale place to eat with a very accommodating chef. Please make sure you always check with the kitchen though as I believe this particular chef is opening an all vegan establishment and leaving the restaurant eventually.
