The wait staff are very Celiac knowledgeable. She listed our ticket as Celiac to ensure the kitchen would handle everything appropriately (change gloves, clean counters). Their fryer is shared but the only thing we had that was fried were the plantain chips for the ceviche and my wife did not have any negative affects. We’ve eaten here twice and the ambiance is worth the price alone. But the food is also tremendous. It is high-end but the parking isn’t the best, but we will eat here every time we visit. And now that we’ve visited many of the other restaurants on the island, probably multiple times per visit. Do yourself a favor and use the bug spray before you walk down to the host stand. My wife had the filet with demi-glace with broccolini and mashed potatoes. We had both the ceviche and prawn with pork belly appetizers.
