Breathtaking views, most romantic dining ever. Food is good and multiple options for gf entrees. The cocktails are fabulous.

Celiac

The wait staff are very Celiac knowledgeable. She listed our ticket as Celiac to ensure the kitchen would handle everything appropriately (change gloves, clean counters). Their fryer is shared but the only thing we had that was fried were the plantain chips for the ceviche and my wife did not have any negative affects. We’ve eaten here twice and the ambiance is worth the price alone. But the food is also tremendous. It is high-end but the parking isn’t the best, but we will eat here every time we visit. And now that we’ve visited many of the other restaurants on the island, probably multiple times per visit. Do yourself a favor and use the bug spray before you walk down to the host stand. My wife had the filet with demi-glace with broccolini and mashed potatoes. We had both the ceviche and prawn with pork belly appetizers.

Contacted the manager before I arrived on the island and asked about cross contamination and menu options. Very helpful and recommended to come early before anyone arrives for a better chance to speak to chef when not busy. EJ (our awesome waiter) mentioned my allergy as soon as he came to the table and pointed out all of my options from apps to entree. He double checked my selection before and after with chef and asked if I’d even be more comfortable if he wore gloves! How accommodating is that? Food was DELICIOUS. Had the mahi mahi exactly as listed on the menu. I asked for normal things like new pan, clean hands, etc. And he said don’t worry, it’s taken care of! They do not have a separate fryer and they are aware that that is an issue which I appreciated. Waited 24 hours to make my review since I’m super sensitive and guess what? No problem! Just do your work beforehand and be clear with your needs and they will be more than accommodating!
