I have been here many times over the past year and love it. The carrot cake and banana smoothies are ahhmazing! Seperate frier for fries which is always a great way to bring a tear to my eye. Great understanding about coeliac needs. Highly recommend 💗

I am coeliac and allergic to nuts. They seemed fixated on Keto bread which had almond flour so I chose another bread which was a seeded gf loaf. So far so good. The food was tasty with a nice salad with my chicken sandwich. Five hours later I was hit with the sharp pain, swollen abdomen, sweating massively and wanting to throw up. I spent the next few hours in agony. So, something went wrong and as that was the only place I ate anything outside my home (definitely a gf home) then I can only put it down to something in the meal. Perhaps the dressing on the salad or the mayonnaise on the bread or cross contamination? FYI the nut reaction is anaphylaxis so definitely not that

I had a lovely Coeliac Safe lunch at Ambience and had no side-effects afterwards so I can highly recommend to all Coeliacs . The owner has coeliac children and told me she could make anything on the menu coeliac safe. It does pay to check at any cafe I have found, that the meal when it comes out is coeliac safe as in this instance my meal came out and I had a feeling to ask and when the waitress came back from the kitchen she apologised that she had forgotten to tell the cock this was a coeliac meal. The owner came out and apologised my meal came out Safely in due course after she explained to me the waitress was in training. Going forward I will always ask when my food arrives that is definitely gluten-free and coeliac safe safe

Great service and very friendly staff. Very good knowledge on cross contamination issues and such. Plenty to choose from for a celiac.

As a recently diagnosed coeliac and going through all the emotions, I felt like I walked into a GF, coeliacs heaven. The staff were extremely sensitive and aware. There is an extensive GF menu, and dedicated GF kitchen area. A lot of the staff have food allergies and are super alert, which helped to feel reassured. Their cabinet food was shelved in correct GF order as well, and the variety was huge! I will be back!!

Best coeliac friendly (and keto friendly!) cafe I've ever been to. Has a whole keto menu and can make almost anything gluten free/cater for food intolerances and has good understand of Real coeliac safe. Thank you! 5 stars!

Had lunch there with my coeliac child. They took great care when I mentioned she was coeliac on ordering, and her chips had obviously been cooked in a separate vat (my non celiac child also had fries which looked browner from different oil) Great selection of GF cabinet food - anything labelled in pink was GF
