I am coeliac and allergic to nuts. They seemed fixated on Keto bread which had almond flour so I chose another bread which was a seeded gf loaf. So far so good. The food was tasty with a nice salad with my chicken sandwich. Five hours later I was hit with the sharp pain, swollen abdomen, sweating massively and wanting to throw up. I spent the next few hours in agony. So, something went wrong and as that was the only place I ate anything outside my home (definitely a gf home) then I can only put it down to something in the meal. Perhaps the dressing on the salad or the mayonnaise on the bread or cross contamination? FYI the nut reaction is anaphylaxis so definitely not that
