I ordered a greek salad, it was actually the best greek salad i’ve ever eaten! Jam packed with flavour. I didn’t get sick, and I’m very sensitive. The server didn’t seem knowledgeable so I said it was a severe allergy, to write down “Celiac” and talk to the kitchen. He brought my plate out first, said he talked to the chef and they said my order was handled with extra care.

Asked for a gf dish. Told it would be prepared gf. They brought out teriyaki tofu and sauce on quinoa.

Several salads and only 2 entree options. The entrees are very taste-specific and won’t appeal to many people. No bagels as indicated on this app. Left w/o ordering. ☹

Staff is knowledgeable about their menu and what is gluten free, dairy free, and what modifications can be made. Also the food and cocktails are delicious!

A lot of comments in hear seem to be about breakfast. We had lunch and this was a really quality meal. They are doing real cooking and were able to make adjustments for gf with no problem with most items. We had succulent baked walleye fish with real southern collard greens.

Several GF options. I enjoyed the super food salad and also the eggplant cannelloni. Both were tasty and I didn’t get sick. Impressive for a hotel restaurant.

The menu is clearly labeled, breakfast buffet had many choices. I had made to order omelet, fruit and bacon. Not problems! Excellent food!

They only had 1 menu item that was gluten free...eggplant...which I don't like. They were not helpful in helping me to find something that I could eat. Simply pointed to the one dish and said that was it. I was there with 3 co-workers...they ate and I was unable to do so! Very disappointed!

Great salmon and other dishes. The food was good, and they even have individually wrapped Udi's bagels at their breakfast buffet. (No cross-contamination!) Our servers were helpful and knowledgeable. We found the service understandably slower when the large conference at the hotel over Memorial Day was in full swing, so won't hold that against them.

Horrible, SLOW service. Server wouldn't check if the fries were made in a separate fryer, just kept saying he wasn't sure. Even though I asked.

My server didn't seem to indicate there were that many options. No separate menu and GF options weren't noted on the regular menu. Food was good but not a lot of it for the price.

Waiter knew what precautions to take for someone with celiac. The chef also came to the table to reassure me. Pretty much anything on the menu can be modified to be gluten free. I had the burger with udi's bread and it was delicious!

This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. There was no wait for dinner on a Saturday night and the staff was very accommodating. There was not a separate GF menu but the waitress knew exactly what our Celiac daughter could have including steak, chicken and fish. She chose had the shrimp cocktail and grilled steak with mashed potatoes. They even brought out bread for her - a treat in any restaurant. Food was excellent.

This gem is located in the Hyatt Regency. We've eaten at two Hyatt Regency's this year and both have had wonderful Gluten Free options at all the restaurants. The food here was no exception! REALLY good food and knowledgable staff. Very wonderful experience all around.

I attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency Chicago for a week. I ate at this restaurant, located in the hotel, multiple times during the week. They have gluten-free items listed on their breakfast menu such as GF bagels. They are knowledgeable about the needs of those with Celiac disease and were able to make recommendations for lunch & dinner. Almost everything on their My Way menu is gluten free allowing you to pick your protein, cook method, sauce and sides. I enjoyed both the steak and chicken.
