Truly a space where celiacs can feel comfortable eating. I asked the staff about cross contamination risks, prep procedures, and more. They prepare gluten allergy flagged orders in their own space separate from the gluten-containing orders. Their burger buns are gluten free and from a gluten free company. The family is firsthand aware of gluten free as although none are celiac they personally eat gluten free for other autoimmune reasons. The staff are so polite, knowledgeable, and positive. Will eat here again. Did not get sick. Ordered the gluten free build your own burger with turkey burger, cheddar cheese, ketchup, raw onion, and avocado.
