the owners of amici's are actually east coast transplants from new york and Boston who moved to ca in the ‘80s and wanted to bring the pizza they grew up on to the West coast. gluten-free crust is now available at many of the locations, including San Francisco, but check the website for more information. the milano pizza with roasted potatoes, bacon, mozzarella and provolone is highly recommended.
