Most things on the menu could be adjusted to gluten-free, only about 3 or 4 pastry based dishes could not be (e.g. venison wellington, mille feuille). They brought out things like a separate butter for the gluten-free bread. The gluten-free bread (truffle flavoured) was really good and the texture was pretty dang close to gluten bread.
The food here is consistently good, they’re definitely going for the pricey fine-dining experience. I had the lamb as a main and it was probably the best lamb I’ve had.
