Delicious gluten free crust, not cauliflower based. They’re not exclusively GF but the staff seems very knowledgable about Celiac & preps the GF pizzas in a different area of the kitchen. Will definitely come again.

Pizza was great! I had no effects of cross contamination. I did let them know it was an allergy and only concern was when they were loading up our tray of 4 pizzas the potential for crusts bumping. They put in its own box when asked to take care. We continued on our cross country trek with an additional 6 hour drive with no ill effects! We would come back again. Quirky shipping container building with a nice fire pit in the outdoor seating area.

Every time we drive through ABQ we stop here. Best GF pizza of all the places around the world I’ve tried. I have never gotten sick here, and they have vegan cheese. The pizzas are cooked in the same oven as the wheat pizza. I always tell them I have celiac and they clean everything off and not once had an issue. Been here at least 5 times.

My daughter, who is celiac, was so excited to have a delicious gluten free pizza with a fluffy crust. I’m not celiac and thought it was delicious too!

Hands down, the best PIZZA I’ve ever had, and I’m comparing gluten-free to regular crust. This gluten free pizza crust is phenomenal and rivals NY regular crust. It’s homemade and looks like regular pizza crust is and definitely NOT the cardboard thin frozen udi crusts or the frozen cauliflower crusts that all other pizza places carry. RUN DON’T WALK to get the best pizza! You won’t believe it’s gluten free.

Looked better than it tasted and mine took 75 minutes to come out. A gluten-eating friend who ordered 45 minutes after me received theirs in 15 minutes.

It was okay, would definitely get again if at Green Jeans/ Tin Alley but wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again. Carnivore had a mediocre amount of meat

Ate here today while traveling through ABQ on a road trip. Based on positive reviews from celiacs, I ordered the GF option for delivery to our hotel with extra notes making it clear we needed things to be truly GF. I was blown away by how good it was and I kept telling my wife “this is so incredibly good; there is no way this is GF” as I continued to consume it.

As violent as the reaction was from my guts, *something* was off here. Maybe it was unlucky cross contamination (which is always a roll of the dice, even when they have a dedicated space for GF prep, as Amore does) or maybe there was a mixup on the order (which I suspect is increasingly likely when ordering delivery through an app), but I would proceed with caution and eat in person and give the fifth degree in terms of exactly what is in the crust and what their practices look like.

Firstly, it’s a bit hard to find. The tiny street off Carlise isn’t currently marked and looks like an alley so trust your GPS! There’s a back way in also. Really interesting building made of old shipping containers. Go into the Food Hall to order/pickup. Staff was really friendly. I told him I was gluten free and asked for recommendations or cautions on ingredients. He said only the meatballs have gluten. I split a pizza with my gluten-eating dad — mine was 4 cheese, his sausage & mushroom. I thought the crust was amazing. The edge was SOFT! I’m so used to crispy crusts and have missed the soft bread style. My half was good, might get more flavorful like garlic next time. Dad says he could have used more toppings, but perhaps the thinnest of the middle crust only supports so much. Dad thought the crust was fine, so high praise!

Great pizza, and they have dairy free cheese as an option! My grandson was finally able to eat pizza!!Crust was garlicky, buttery, soft and chewy. Pretty pricey. Each pizza fed 1 of us, order 6 pizzas for $100. Wouldn't have known about this place without this app, thanks to others who have commented!!!

I was in town for a work engagement and of course headed straight to Find Me Gluten Free in order to scope out the best (and safest) places for me to grab a meal. When I saw Amore Neapolitan Pizzeria pop up I was somewhat skeptical, but called ahead to verify their cross-contamination process which the employee was able to explain thoroughly and then ordered my pie.

And let me tell you, this pizza alone had me wishing that I would be back in Albuquerque for work as soon as I could because I had never had a GF pizza (or any GF substitute for that matter) that was so close to or even better than the original. The crust is light, chewy, cooked to perfection, and complimented with the freshest toppings. I almost ordered the same pizza on the second night of my trip because I knew I wouldn't get to experience that type of GF pizza again any time soon. I have ordered Neapolitan GF pizzas elsewhere in the past and experienced horrible cross-contamination reactions, but that was not the case with Amore. I live out-of-state and legit think about this pizza way too often and I know that if I am anywhere near the Albuquerque area again in the future I will be heading straight for Amore's.

Always delicious and my favorite gf crust! They have a separate prep area for gf pizzas with different sets of ingredients. Workers wash hands and change gloves. They also had a dedicated portion of the oven (and cook on clean pans) for gf pizza so it minimized (but doesn't eliminate) risk of cross-contamination. I have eaten here several times and had no issues.

Cannot fully explain how delicious it was. We got the last two GF crusts for the day on our road trip West. I can see why they sell out! Phenomenon taste and texture. We also had the caprese salad and two of my family had a regular crust pizza. There was a small Different in appearance so you COULD tell them apart, but to the causal observer they looked the same. Not sure what culinary magic they are using here, but it was so worth the stop!

This is REAL pizza on a chewy, flavorful crust that even has proper air bubbles. No gluten, no dairy = no flavor—those days are gone for good! The San Marzano sauce is amazing, and has lots of balanced, robust tomato and herb flavors. There is a large selection of toppings for the make-your-own crowd, or plenty of other options. The small upcharge is worth it here—you get a 12” pizza! They have a separate prep area—and best of all, I did not get sick. I had a “real pizza” experience, so satisfying, I forgot that I am a celiac. Well done, Amore. Thank you!

Everyone says this or that is best GF pizza they’ve ever had and it never blows me away. But this is truly amazing GF pizza. The first time I had it, I went back to ask if they made a mistake. It’s unlike any GF crust I’ve seen. Highly recommend.
