Ate here today while traveling through ABQ on a road trip. Based on positive reviews from celiacs, I ordered the GF option for delivery to our hotel with extra notes making it clear we needed things to be truly GF. I was blown away by how good it was and I kept telling my wife “this is so incredibly good; there is no way this is GF” as I continued to consume it.
As violent as the reaction was from my guts, *something* was off here. Maybe it was unlucky cross contamination (which is always a roll of the dice, even when they have a dedicated space for GF prep, as Amore does) or maybe there was a mixup on the order (which I suspect is increasingly likely when ordering delivery through an app), but I would proceed with caution and eat in person and give the fifth degree in terms of exactly what is in the crust and what their practices look like.
