OH MY GAWD so delicious!!! Lots of GF options and if Celaic they can prepare some foods separate. The waitress was very knowledgeable and explained what has a potential of cross contamination while preparing.

Our waitress was very friendly and it added to our enjoyment of our meal.

My sister and I shared a few different options as there were many that we haven’t been able to indulge for a long time.

Next time I am in Kamloops I will be stopping here to eat!!!

Omg! Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and the staff were incredible!!!! Next time I'm in the area this will be a must to stop and eat at!!!! Thank you for alll the yummy yummy Gulten Free food and fabulous experience!!!

I am a very sensitive celiac. I went here for the first time and tried their gluten free pannekoek and it was delicious, better yet I had no reaction. I felt very safe eating here as the staff was very knowledgeable and pointed out items that were and were not gluten free! Would definitely eat here again!

Finding this restaurant after 5 days camping and backcountry cycling was a blessing. The GF pannekoek was delicious. The server was knowledgeable about celiac disease, kitchen protocols, and was clear about which menu items were safe. I had no reaction after eating here. This place will become a road trip staple.
