An Hour Late

This is the BEST breakfast on St Thomas ! The owner has celiac! The staff is all incredibly knowledgable of celiac and the menu is really designed for people with celiac in mind. Everything is modifiable and bread/bagel options available. I got a cold brew with a shot of coconut and a shot of chocolate syrup (the waitress brought the bottles over for me to read the ingredients!) and the loaded hash for breakfast and added corned beef- SO GOOD. Vegan cheese options also listed in the menu !

Just had an amazing Celiac friendly breakfast here! This place seats about 20 and is a little hard to find. Owner has celiac and although it’s a small menu, it’s well worth the drive.

Delicious breakfast! Menu clearly labeled, GF toast, bagels and sandwich options. A bit out of the way but worth it.

Went at 11:30 am. Asked about gf and got a blank stare. Noticed cut bread, rolls, everywhere on kitchen counters in a tiny working space. Walked out.

Wow! This place is amazing. Most of the menu is gluten free. When I asked for a gf sandwich, the owner came out and made it himself. Gloves were changed and it was made in a dedicated gf area. They serve GF breakfast and lunch from 7am - 2pm 7 days a week. I highly recommend checking them out!

What a hidden gem on the Far East of the island. Chad and his team are 100% aware of allergies and will make your experience worthwhile. Great atmosphere and food, bloody Mary’s are damn good as well.

New Restaurant with lots of Gluten free Options. Owner has celiac and has designed kitchen to minimize cross contamination. Offers Great Breakfast options from GF Sausage gravy to Loaded Hash Bowls. Deli is stocked with Gluten free bread/Bagel options. Deli uses Boars Head products. Cross contamination precautions are made when GF is requested. Gluten free Soups! Specialty cocktails are all GF! House made Bloody Mary’s!!
