Review of An Hour Late

This is the BEST breakfast on St Thomas ! The owner has celiac! The staff is all incredibly knowledgable of celiac and the menu is really designed for people with celiac in mind. Everything is modifiable and bread/bagel options available. I got a cold brew with a shot of coconut and a shot of chocolate syrup (the waitress brought the bottles over for me to read the ingredients!) and the loaded hash for breakfast and added corned beef- SO GOOD. Vegan cheese options also listed in the menu !
