I ate at the bar. The staff was very educated about Celiac concerns, the bartender is gluten sensitive. I asked her about GF menu items, and she listed them in safest order. I had tender, delicious steak fajitas on homemade-style corn tortillas.. Tortilla chips fresh in isolated fryer with GF conqueso. No Celiac reaction.
