Gluten, lactose and soy allergies. Soy is the most difficult to avoid but I am able to eat here, either the taco salad or the stacked nachos (with modifications). I've never gotten sick and the staff has been great!!

This is my favorite spot to go to when we visit my in-laws. The chips are fried separately (such a treat for us celiacs!) and we had the salsa, queso, and esquite. I also get the fajitas with corn tortillas. Every time I come the server is super knowledgeable and familiar with celiac and double checks things/makes sure my ticket indicates an allergy. Highly recommend!!

Chips made in dedicated gf fryer. Gf not indicated on menu but staff are versed in options and very helpful. During our meal the manager came by and I expressed my appreciation to the servers help and his great recommendations. He explained the training they received. Good experience!

Super cute inside! We ate at the bar & the bartender was really knowledgeable, plus she said the kitchen was good about knowing what you can/can’t have & making any necessary changes. The chips are from a dedicated fryer and very tasty. We got the queso and I ordered 3 tacos. I felt safe there and didn’t get sick, but the food wasn’t anything special. I’d still go back, but I’d probably just try out different kinds of salsa/guacamole as my meal instead 😂

Waiter was well-trained and walked me through the menu. I had the steak fajitas, chips, and queso without getting sick (I’m super sensitive). Can’t wait to go back! So good.

I ate at the bar. The staff was very educated about Celiac concerns, the bartender is gluten sensitive. I asked her about GF menu items, and she listed them in safest order. I had tender, delicious steak fajitas on homemade-style corn tortillas.. Tortilla chips fresh in isolated fryer with GF conqueso. No Celiac reaction.

Food was pretty good, but a bit spicy for kids or those that don’t like spice. They said most things could be made gluten free except burritos and quesadillas. Chips are fried in their own fryer and queso is gluten free. We have 3 people with celiac and no one had a reaction.

The previous reviews were spot on! Did not disappoint. Food, drinks, and service were fantastic! Sat at the bar. Staff very familiar with gluten concerns. Will return next business trip to Bloomington!

Chips are cooked in a separate fryer and are amazing! All the tacos I had were fantastic, all on corn tortillas, and the server said he was new, so went back to the kitchen and double checked that all of them were safe. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Ancho and Agave! They have a dedicated fryer for the tortilla chips so they are celiac safe, and the chips and salsa are bottomless!

I always get the steak asada enchiladas and they sub corn tortillas for flour tortillas...it's so, so good!

While there isn’t a gluten free menu, many options can be prepared gluten free. The chips and salsa are gluten free, many tacos are gluten free, and a few desserts including the cookies are as well. My family has never gotten sick
