Only one option (grilled fisht or mwat) that was fully safe from cross contamination cooked fully fresh rest seem partially or fully prepared. Nothing GF marked on the menu waiter had to point to the options and we had to remember them and that caused a higher level of stress. Wait staff did not instill us with confidence.

Wait staff was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn't and avoiding cross contamination. We were very confident with the experience and had zero issues. We had the ceviche and recommended platos andinos. The beef was amazing & the fish of the day was favorful and fresh. You need to make a reservation, but it is worth the trouble. Fantastic food!
