Wait staff was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn't and avoiding cross contamination. We were very confident with the experience and had zero issues. We had the ceviche and recommended platos andinos. The beef was amazing & the fish of the day was favorful and fresh. You need to make a reservation, but it is worth the trouble. Fantastic food!
