Nope. Yes, they have a GF crust, but I watched them take their gloved hands that was covered in wheat flour - they flour the surface before rolling out the wheat dough crusts - and go straight into the cheese and toppings. She offered to change gloves when I complained but what good would that have done? The wheat flour was already clearly contaminating all of the toppings. I left. This is just not a safe place if you have celiac or cannot otherwise eat gluten. I’m not usually a stickler for cross contamination, but this was just obviously unsafe.
We were most impressed by the cross-contamination reduction efforts they made. When we said we needed 3 gf pizzas, they immediately wiped down their work surface and changed their gloves. At most pizza restaurants, the problems come from the toppings because the staff pick up toppings with their hands. Here they use spoons, thus avoiding cross contamination. We loved the huge amount of different toppings. The most impressive part of the store, other than the delicious pizza, is the speed. I have never seen pizza made that quickly. We were impressed by the lack of oil rings on the boxes once we’d finished our pizzas. Their staff are delightfully friendly and their gf pizzas are substantially cheaper than Mellow Mushroom’s and remarkably tastier
Do NOT recommend for Celiacs - they don’t use separate tools so the cross contamination runs rampant and the employees don’t know anything about Celiac safety and acted like it inconvenienced them. I will never eat there again. Extremely rude about valid health concerns when I explained the severity of the disease. They change gloves upon request but that’s it.
