ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZERIA AROUND!!! Let me tell you, since being diagnosed with celiac I have missed my favorite bakery item, CANNOLI'S.. Until now that is.. Rita has been playing with a GLUTEN FREE recipe for cannoli's, and after some tweaking I'm glad to say SHE NAILED IT!!! Best I have ever tasted.... "BETTER THAN REGULAR CANNOLI'S" check them out if you don't believe me!! I DARE YOU!!
Owners have TWO celiacs in family. Separate ovens & storage. Very educated, friendly :))
I am so happy to have stumbled upon Angelina's. The food is incredible and the gluten-free menu is extensive (gnocchi, interesting pastas, garlic bread, etc). The owner is extremely informed and careful about GF; this is the first restaurant I've ever been to where I didn't get "glutened" by the pasta (restaurants so often cook GF pasta in the same water as wheat pasta -- NEVER here!). They also have a huge selection of GF items imported from Italy for purchase, including cookies, bread dough mixes, and pastas of all shapes and sizes. Angelina's is much more than meets the eye!
