We frequent the Charleston location, but were in Raleigh and gave this a try. We know they have gluten free and their website has an allergen menu so my daughter can eat gluten free pancakes without the worry of eggs in them (she’s allergic). Service is slow at this location. We watched a veteran and his wife get up and leave because no one went to their table at all. We were greeted quickly and our order was taken quickly, but it took a while for the waiter to give us our check so we could leave. The pancakes were a little over cooked but not unbearable to eat.
