I got the bison rib eye and split the pork carnitas with my husband. Most of the menu is gluten free and they don’t actually have many gluten containing items in the kitchen at all. The main courses were good, the sides weren’t all that great. We did get the Mexican street corn and salmon tostados for appetizers. The street corn was delicious and their corn chips are too (dedicated fryer). I would definitely recommend eating for celiacs since I am very sensitive to cross contamination and did not get sick after the meal.

All but 2 items on the menu are GF. I could not see the food prep area so I am relying on them to make sure they are getting it correct, but with 98% of the menu GF, I felt more comfortablethan I normally do. Great little restaurant. Friendly staff, food was good, atmosphere was great as well.

Was very glad to find this place! Great Mexican food. As others had mentioned almost everything is GF and the few things that aren’t they did confirm when I asked that they keep them separate. They mark orders with celiac or allergy if you mention it. A bit pricey ($18 for a two taco plate with a small portion of beans and rice. Did not get sick, would eat here again for sure!

This was a small restaurant that had really good food, very friendly wait staff, and was very knowledgeable about GF/celiac. All but maybe 4 items on the menu were not GF (they said they keep those non-GF items very separate in the kitchen). The chips were very good. They said they buy them from Sysco; the bags were labeled GF. All of their deserts were GF.

Most of menu is gluten free. Chips are GF and not fried on site. We had chips, guac, pico and the street corn appetizer. All delicious and scratch made. I had Buffalo tacos and my husband had beef enchiladas Rojas. Super good! Amazing chocolate creme brûlée!! Beans, rice were good too. Great service.

This is THE best restaurant in Spearfish. Excellently trained chefs and stellar food. Staff is friendly, knowledge & will make absolutely sure you feel safe eating your food. There are only a couple items on the menu that contain gluten, kitchen has strict cross-contimation practices to keep your food safe. Highly reactive celiac, and have always had a wonderful experience here. Affordable, high quality food. The hidden gem of Spearfish. They have recently added a small grocery, so you can take home a tray of frozen enchiladas or other goodies, and a little wine bar with a trained sommelier too! THE best place.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Everything is clearly marked on menu, which most of the foods are gluten free. The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac, or waitress' niece hads it. The food is made with fresh ingredients and the taste is amazing.

I have been here many times and will continue to go back. So far this has been my favorite place to go for gluten-free options outside of my own workplace. Antunez is very cautious when it comes to people with celiac I feel. The majority of their items are gluten-free and they do keep things separate as I have asked them in the past. I have eaten there more times than I can count on both hands and have done just fine. And their food is awesome!

My absolute favorite place to eat when we are in the Black Hills. The food and service are amazing. The pork carnitas tacos are the best! I have eaten here at least a dozen times and never had an issue. Nearly everything on the menu is gluten free.

A unique small restaurant that had lots of GF options! We had tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole, my celiac kids had quesadillas and tacos on corn tortillas. Everything was clearly marked on the menu! Would highly recommend!

This is one of the most amazing Mexican restaurants we’ve eaten at EVER and that’s saying something being from Texas. It was delicious!!! Everything is clearly marked on the menu. The sauces are excellent, the guacamole is fresh and amazing, and the dessert (yep, dessert!) included chocolate creme brûlée. Been all over the country on road trips and this place is hands down top five! Ask for Jamison, friendliest waiter ever! Can’t wait to go back someday.

Holy cow. I lived in Spearfish years ago and had very low expectations for finding something to eat now. What an incredible treat! It was so good I went back the next day to order the exact same thing! Fryer is safe, chips are safe, food is delicious! I had the man and hearts of palm salad with a poached eggs, truly wonderful. Also had the pork carnitas tacos, very tasty. Finished with the dark chocolate and ancho chili creme brulee. Oh. My. Goodness. So good. No problems for me and only positive things about the food and staff. They also allow pets at the outside seating so they scored extra points with me on that.

Oh my goodness! Run, don’t walk to this delicious place! Their menu denotes GF options and most of the menu is GF. They even have GF desserts! Very fresh foods and homemade. We have gone 2 times in a week while visiting South Dakota!

The staff are very knowledgeable. I have a ton of food allergies and basically picked a few ingredients and they made me up a fantastic chicken and sweet potato and roasted veggies plate, even asking me what kind of oil I wanted it cooked in. The chef is from California so he’s totally used to special orders. Plus the food is by far the best in Spearfish. The menu is marked with gluten free and vegetarian options.
