Once I said I had Celiac disease, I was told there was nothing safe I could eat. The waitress said everything is cross contaminated. She said they have a small kitchen with only 1 prep surface and a lot of flour from pizzas flying around the kitchen. I pushed further and asked about the salads. She said not safe because they grab croutons and then grab other ingredients from containers without changing gloves. Also said charcuterie wasn’t safe but it is prepped and cut on the same surface as the pizzas and with flour flying everywhere.

Great gluten free charcuterie board!

The moment I walked in I could smell that the place was full of gluten free vibes. We had a charcuterie board with the most gluten free cracker/toasts I’ve ever had. Also had GF pizza crust which was very free of gluten as well.
