Review of Appalachia Kitchen

We called and spoke to chef Ed before we got to the resort, he was friendly, willing to help and knew about CC. He came out to speak with us when we were in the restaurant- pointed out what’s safe, was willing to switch side dishes to accommodate gf. There’s a good selection of fish/chicken/steak with potatoes and veggie, but no gf buns or bread. We dined here two different nights, and felt like they made a good effort. The food was excellent, but the place is not cheap...
