Farm to table, local recipes like venison meatloaf (not GF) and trout is appreciated. Resort prices $$$. Went during off season, summer, and had no need for reservations. GF items were marked on the menu. Bonus- they had GF bread with dinner - it was very nice quality toasted sandwich bread. Server was quite confident and knew what contained gluten and what didn't. Was is the best steak of my life? No, but we probably had the B team in off-season on a Sunday night. Would recommend.
