Review of Archer's BBQ

Rock star treatment! When I asked for a gluten free menu they told me pretty much the entire menu (save the obvious such as bread, mac & cheese) was gluten free. They asked if I was celiac, intolerant, or just preference. When I said Celiac they wiped the counter down and processed my order first. The cherry on top was when the lady told me the bbq sauce bottles likely had c.c. THEN proceeded to offer me clean bottles from behind the counter. I'd give them ten stars if I could :)
