Review of Arepa TX

I am sad that when they moved they did not remain celiac safe. Their old location in Dallas was once our favorite gf spot in town but unfortunately, they did not take into account the gf community when they made this move. No dedicated fryer for the delicious yuca fries, not nearly enough space to avoid cc and no real protocols for it either. Clearly no training on gf with new staff. Definitely not celiac safe, a much smaller menu, and nowhere near the goodness of its former location.
