Review of Aria Cafe

I have celiac and was very nervous to eat here. My waiter was pretty knowledgable about gluten. I ordered the corn-beef hash with eggs and they do have gluten free toast. The toast is cooked in the oven to avoid contamination. The potatoes that come with Are fried in oil that gluten is fried in, I was able to get hash browns instead.I am only giving 4 stars because options are very limited here.
