Good experience here. I had the holiday roll, yellowtail, and sashimi. The sushi is not the best but I didn’t get glutened after stating GF. The server was very nice and accommodating. I will be back.

Having been diagnosed with Hashimotos recently, I’m very happy with this restaurant, they cooked my hibachi dinner first on the grill with gluten-free soy sauce. Great food and service! I’m definitely returning!

They understand the importance of avoiding cross/contamination and clean the hibachi grill well and cook the gluten free items first. Note: pretty much the only gluten item to avoid is the soy sauce, for which they offer a gluten free alternative.
They were wonderful. Gluten free soy sauce and I felt really confident that all the food was safe for my son.

First time visit for my daughter's birthday. She has peanut, tree nut and sesame allergies...plus, gluten intolerance, which makes it extremely difficult to dine out. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hibachi chef prepared most of her meal first and separate from the group's and had them prepare her shrimp in the kitchen, just to be sure. They also have gluten-free soy sauce and use peanut-free and sesame-free oil. She said it was "the best" and enjoyed every bit of her meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

A bit of a language barrier but the English-speaking staff came over to help. We got our own table because it was the end of the night so they made it all gluten free. Delicious!
First time visit to a hibachi restaurant and when I told the manager that my daughter had celiac, he told me that they have gf soy sauce and they will cook her food in the kitchen separately. my daughter loved it.

Very hit or miss.
They have gluten-free soy sauce, but whether or not the chef/server actually understands allergies and cross-contamination depends on the visit.
My family is not celiac, but are gluten sensitive. We have been here on multiple occasions, and had a different experience each time.
Sometimes they just make the entire order with gluten-free soy sauce - this is the safest for us and this is what we wish they would do every time.
One time we took a friend with us who (without anyone thinking about it), ordered noodles instead of rice. The chef made the entire order with gluten-free soy sauce, but made his noodles on the same flat-top with no cleansing in between. I personally didn't notice a reaction, my mom did. Regardless, it would not have been good for a celiac diner.
Our last trip, the chef made my mom, sister, and my rice with gluten-free soy sauce, but then put regular soy sauce in the rest of the rice and then cooked the rest of the meal on the same flat top without cleaning it.
Essentially, it's a crap shoot on whether or not the staff there that night will understand cross-contamination. Just be prepared to advocate strongly for your needs, or avoid it altogether if you are super sensitive to cross-contamination.
If you're like me, and a small amount of cross-contamination doesn't ruin your day, the food is great and the show is typical of a hibachi steakhouse.

They don't have a gluten free menu and the menu doesn't have a gf indicator. They have salads and rolls but I went with the lettuce wrap appetizer. It's chicken breast sauteed in arirang sauce on top on crispy rice noodles. They give you some lettuce to put it in. I let the waiter know I was gluten free and asked for gf soy sauce. He said yeah I'll give you that. He came back to let me know that the arirang sauce wasn't gluten free (I assumed they wouldn't cook it with that sauce since I said I was gluten free but I'm glad he told me). The appetizer came and was extremely dry. Thankfully they gave me the side of soy sauce to give it some flavor and add moisture. Next time I'll ask if they can make other dishes gluten free.

I went here for my birthday because I wanted hibachi and it was an amazing experience! I brought my own GF soy sauce but didn’t need it because they had their own. Waiter was so understanding and good that he told me each thing he brought out that was or wasnt GF as he confirmed with the chef. Didn’t feel sick after.

They have gf soy sauce & hibachi chefs are very careful to prevent cross contamination.

Asked before I sat down if there were gf options manager assured me there was (gf soy & separate cook area). I ordered hibachi chicken. The chef cooked my rice with gf soy but mixed in noodles that were not. He then cooked my chicken and veg with reg soy.
