I had very high hopes for this establishment after reading the many glowing reviews on how good the food was and how knowledgeable the staff was on gluten free. I unfortunately have to say that this was not the case in my experience. Many of the items were marked gluten free on the menu, including the traditional wings. When I went to order the traditional wings I was told that they were fried in the same fryer as the fries which contain gluten. I then ordered the “guiltless wings” which are just baked pieces of chicken breast with sauce. I was then asked if I wanted a side of tots, I then asked if they were fried in the same fryer as the fries and wings and was rudely told that they were gluten free and why would I be offered them if they weren’t gluten free, so I ordered them as well. When I received my food I was very underwhelmed and when I tried one of the tots they tasted old and like fish, which makes me believe they were sitting out for a long time and were possibly fried in the same fryer as the fish and chips that are offered on the menu, I ended up not eating any of the tots and only ate a couple pieces of my baked chicken chunks which were underwhelming in taste as well. When I got my receipt I was shocked to see that there was no allergy notice or allergy flag placed on my meal.

We were very pleased with the staff knowledge of celiac and available gf menu items. Gf items clearly marked on the menu. I had no issues with the "guiltless wings" although my personal opinion was they were not the best wings I've had. Next time I will try the regular wings which are listed as gf. Several sauce options as well which was good to see. A gf cider on tap for those looking for something other than soft drinks.

Dedicated fryer. I had truffle parmesan tater tots and wings. Could also have burgers and some other things.

Really great GF and vegetarian options! They really know what they're doing with protocols and ingredients. The waitress was super nice and the manager came out to confirm things with me and talk about options. I'll update after some time passes to be sure I had no reaction.
I had the Beyond bratwurst appetizer (not listed GF on the menu, but it is) and the Tray of Spuds (tater tots and chips, the fries are not GF) with a sauce flight (the three I chose were Cajun ranch, horseradish aioli, and buffalo blue cheese). Very tasty and I'm super excited to have more than one option!
Update: No reaction here! I'm super sensitive, so they're doing things properly.

Not safe. I ordered gf boneless wings. Was given fried wings and when I went to explain I ordered gf wings, the host looked at them and asked, they are not gluten free ?

This location is no longer Arooga's. It's a place called Greatful Goat Brewery. They didn't have anything on the menu marked gf, but were willing to accommodate which was very nice. Options are very limited bc the majority of the items are pizza, pasta, fried, etc. Also, they don't seem to deal with many gf customers so I was very nervous about the risk of of cross contamination. I order the roasted turkey caprese with no bun. I'm sorry to say but the turkey was dry and bland, the homemade mozzarella was just basic shredded cheese, and the arugula was yellow and wilted. I don't think this is the place for that type of food if you're looking for a beer, burger, and a pizza (and aren't celiac), this is your place. My family's food looked great.

They were very cautious. I had ordered a salad with blue cheese and they could not verify the blue cheese was gluten free so they left if off and explained.
