The bakery is 100% gluten free and I had high hopes for it because they use great ingredients, unfortunately I was let down. I tried two of their tea cookies, a snickerdoodle cookie, a pop tart and a cinnamon roll (not all at the same time). They were all so bland and overly sweet. The only thing I could taste was sugar. The pop tart was the best thing I ate because it had more flavorful jam inside, but still much too sweet for me. I won't be going back. Also very expensive.
