I watched them cross contaminate my GF chicken strips and fries, and couldn’t get their attention to stop. I asked them to remake it without cross contamination, they changed gloves but contaminated again. The manager came in and scolded them for having remade the food for “no reason.”
If I could do a negative star I would. This place is gross. I went here based on positive reviews on this app but apparently those people do not have very high standards. Low quality food and not the cleanest place. I’m sure they use bad seed oils. My body is mad at me for trusting the high reviews. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere with “real” food.
Everything is fantastic and I haven’t noticed symptoms.

Visiting Utah and found this place on the Find Me Gf. Live me a burger with a gluten free bun that does not fall apart. Plus GF fires in a Dedicated. Woohoo!
Good options for fast food. Chicken tenders were flavorful, had no problems.
This is our go-to burger place. I love the burgers, fries, and chicken strips! I've never gotten sick from eating here.
Really good burger joint - they have a dedicated gf fryer and took the time to confirm everything with the kitchen. The burger was great and served in a lettuce wrap (gf buns available)
Got the gluten free chicken strip meal. Husband has severe celiacs and was totally fine. They have a separate fryer and told us the fry sauce is gluten free. The fries and chicken were great!
Love this place for a good burger, chicken sandwich or tenders. I have only had the honey mustard and fry sauce. No reaction and we eat here a couple times a month. They are amazing!!!

I got the GF chicken tenders and a small GF fry. I definitely got glutened but I'm not sure if it's from the tenders, fries or maybe the barbeque sauce. I don't think they accidentally gave me the non-GF tenders, they didn't look like normal chicken tenders, more likely they either don't have a dedicated fryer anymore or accidently fried them in the non-GF fryer. I might just be too sensitive though.
The tenders and fries tasted good though, I would recommend going here for other celiacs just remember to ask about the fryer in case things have changed.
Went for the first time and had the gluten free chicken fingers. They were great! I hadn’t had good chicken fingers for many years, and it was an excellent surprise.
Dedicated fryer for fries and chicken strips. Great food, clean restaurant and was informed without asking the GF options for sauces. Felt safe and would definitely come back.
GF chicken strips are amazing. I always get a pastrami burger with GF bun. There is a small upcharge for the bun, and the fryer takes a bit longer as it's dedicated GF and is usually turned off when I walk in. Tasty :)
Amazing! Separate fryer for gluten free fries and chicken tenders. It was delicious. We’ve never gotten sick here!
Astro burger has a great variety of gluten free food. They have delicious burgers that fill you up. I always get a double cheeeseburger combo and I always bring home some fries because I’m so full. Ive never had a problem with any of the food and it is delicious.
This location is good for Gluten Free ask as ordering fries and bun on burger are dedicated fryer to gluten free. There is a charge for the bun. It is great food
This is my go-to place. I haven’t really had any other restaurants, so we eat here pretty frequently. The buns are great and you can order any burger gf. We also get their gf chicken strips. My husband says they are better than the regular ones too!! They also have a dedicated fryer for gf. Also, I’ve never gotten sick from there and we’ve been eating there for 3 years now.
The GF buns are phenomenal. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and keep the GF items in a separate bag. As good as it gets for a fast food place.
My daughter loves the gluten free buns here. They also have a dedicated fryer for the fries and the fry sauce is gluten free. Staff always marks our gluten free order and keeps it separate from the rest of our order
This location is hit or miss. I have had some meals test through the NimaPartners gluten sensor as gluten free and others test contaminated. This location usually does a good job, and they bag gluten-free items separately from glutenous items. They have a dedicated fryer.
The service here was excellent!! I’m not sure who I talked to but they were very knowledgeable and explained that they had a separate fryer and how the staff was very knowledgeable. I couldn’t eat sugar when I went, but they offered to make me a special order!! The fries were also delicious. I didn’t get sick so I’d recommend!!!
My visit to Astro burger was really enjoyable. My food came on a separate tray, and I did not get sick. Will be going back here.
Edit: A year after pandemic I visited and am now very sick. Something has changed, and I no longer have confidence in Astro being celiac safe. I used to go every month before the pandemic and have never been sick before. Too bad :/

This is my favorite burger restaurant. I am GF/Celiac but my family is not. We can all find what we like here. My personal favorite is the burger with pastrami and fries. So many places don't have both buns and fries.
They use a separate fryer for their gf food. My favorite is the gf chicken finger basket:) you have to ask for things to be gf and it usually costs an extra dollar but I have such a severe (anaphylactic) allergy and this is in my 5 places I can eat. When they ran out of a gf option once they gave me another gf meal for free
They have lots of gf options and I have never been sick there and I am super sensitive celiac. It’s terrific.
Excellent! If you want a burger that tastes like it was meant to be prepared that way, this is your Jam! Or if you're craving some old fashion chicken strips, the gluten free ones are better than the gluten ones. I'll admit, after being diagnosed Celiac my fast food habits changed drastically, both because of availability and taste. Astro Burger has allowed a little of my previous vice back into my life! I admit I have eaten ASTRO way too often in the past 6 months, and never once have I been glutened. Highly recommend. Well done ASTRO!
Their gluten free bun is pretty good and they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. As soon as I said I have Celiac disease they understood that gloves needed to be changed and extra precautions should be taken. I have eaten here twice with no issues.

One of my favorite places to eat. Make sure they understood that you said gluten free - sometimes they don’t catch it. I am mostly asymptomatic so take this with a grain of salt.
Turns out I’m not asymptomatic and got super sick. I don’t think I’ll risk eating here again.
I LOVE Astro Burger!! I hate when a burger place says they’re GF and that just means you can get a burger with no bun. I’m sorry that is not a burger! I’ve eaten at Astro Burger a lot and never had a problem other than feeling way too full because I clean my plate every time. I never worry about getting sick here.
I have missed being able to have a bacon cheese burger here. I'm so glad to know they have a gluten free bun. It sucks that they charge an extra $1 for bring gluten free but so worth it.
I love this place. It even carries a gluten free bun for their burgers. They have a dedicated fryer but you have to ask for it.

very good food. They did their best to ensure a gf lunch. I am extremely sensitive and the food didn't even give me a grumble.
I eat here probably two times a week and never get sick. Really good gluten-free buns. Cold turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries is great. I've also have the Philly cheesesteak sandwich on a gluten-free bun that was excellent. George the owner is very accommodating and knows how to not cross contaminate food.

Their buns are actually really good. They don’t have that strange taste gf buns usually have and these are so soft. Separate fryer fur fries and separate tray. So yummy!
I’ve been here plenty of times and I’ve never been sick. So nice to have a quick, safe option, with a dedicated fryer. They always keep gluten free stuff separate and put a GF sticker on to go bags.
they do pretty good for the most part, bacon is cooked on shared surface with buns, i come here quite often and have gotten sick a couple of times but only from bacon mess ups.
I have been here a few times and usually everything goes well. They have a good gluten free chicken tenders and fries basket. However, some employees took down my order wrong and knowingly gave me their regular chicken tenders.
Luckily I had been there before and knew that the ones I received weren’t correct. While the gf food may be good ask for your receipt and check your food. The staff clearly didn’t care whether or not this would’ve made me sick. They knew what I ordered and still gave me their regular chicken wrong meal.
