Review of At the Table

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. It took 2 and a half hours from start to finish to get our food. Ugh. We started out by ordering calimari (they were out) Then...an hour after we ordered, the chef came out and told us they were out of asparagus. Our water and teas were empty at that point and 3 other tables who had arrived just before or after us had been served their food. The chef came out and said she would take off an appetizer. Then, another hour later, 2 meals (out of 7) came. It was another 20 -30 mins before the rest of the tables food came out. Still.. no water. We literally asked 10 times for water. I understand that good food takes time, but the food was awful. An hour later, I had horrendous pain in my stomach (food poisoning). I had to go home from and evening out with friends to spend the night by the toilet. Calling the health dept tomorrow. This place is disgusting... oh and as we were leaving the table next to us was served calimari. I have worked in the restaurant biz... not a snob, not a jerk...asked politely for things and was treated like trash. Left us thinking...wtf? Why is this place in business?!?! as for gluten free.... the food is not good. Fried chicken with no flavor.
