I am a sensitive gluten intolerant person who also cannot have dairy. I give 4 stars because they don't have a GF menu and not many options that sounded safe. BUT, I did have a simple salad with grilled salmon on top with the pomegranate balsamic dressing. It was filling, and very delicious. Our server was not very knowledgeable about gluten free, but went and asked about the fish and whether they use oil or butter (they use oil). And I felt very good about my food. It did not bother my stomach at all. The plus is that it was right near where we were staying. A nice dinner and then we could go back "home". Worth a try if you understand that any restaurant has a chance for cross contamination.

Had the chicken salad platter with no crackers. Not a huge variety of gf food on the menu (salads with no croutons, chicken salad platter, shrimp salad platter), but a nice place to visit with friends. I felt safe with with my choice.

My experience today was not as good as the previous reviewer‘s. While there was a lovely amount of outdoor seating, the menu that was offered for lunch had no gluten-free choices except for salads and sandwiches with no bun. You read that right, they did not offer a gluten-free bun. My server did not understand GF at all. As I was starving, I ordered a simple burger without bread which is served with potato chips. The burger arrived nearly raw! My glass of wine which had been ordered at the start, never materialized. Unless they do a better job at dinner, avoid this establishment.

GF sensitive reviewer here; I also eat dairy-free. They do not have any GF indications on their menu, but did have a decent amount of items on the menu that looked like they would be GF (I only asked about the items I was interested in) — salads, one salad/meat bowl style item, soup, and all sandwiches were available on bread/bun (no GF option) or as a platter served over greens. The shrimp and chicken salads were mayo based, so I got the shrimp salad and it was delicious and served over leaf lettuce with a heap of sprouts and very nice tomato slices on the side, as well as tasty chips (I don’t know if they had separate fryer). The bartender who waited on us was knowledgeable about food sensitivities and double checked with the chef just to be sure.
