They have a dedicated gluten-free bakery and offer both savory and sweet items, which is so refreshing from the usual brownie! I am partial to the GF quiche. I’m not celiac but do get sick from cross-contamination sometimes and have never had issues here.
They usually have GF bialeys and biscuits in the back to make breakfast sandwiches even if they’re not in the case — just ask.
Have to give a shout out to Avellino for having excellent and tasty gf biscuit options for their breakfast sandwiches in both herb or sweet flavor. They also had gf muffins and pastries but I didn’t try them.
They do have a dedicated gf bakery. All pastries and bakery items are on the top shelf but in the same area. I was getting the egg sandwich on a gf bun but started getting stomach aches. I think they need more training with their employees about using different utensils etc. That being said, their bakery items are incredible. I just wish they were in a separate area

One of the staff members was really friendly and nice but the other looked like they really did not want to be there and took an extra long time to make my friends chai. The gf sourdough bagel is definitely sour dough. Because I can’t have dairy either, I got it plain and that wasn’t the best move. Better if you’re only gf and not df. I can’t attest to how celiac safe it is. Would much rather go to wild oat bakery a street over that has more options and gf vegan options too. Service was very slow and the atmosphere wasn’t great.
Yum. Nearly half of their baked goods are gluten free, and vegan. Not to mention delicious! Pay in cash for a small discount.
They make an incredible gluten free and vegan berry crumble. Availability is hit or miss unfortunately.
DELICIOUS gluten free options, and a wide variety! I researched their food, and they bake/cook their GF items first in the mornings, when all equipment is freshly cleaned, before any regular food items have touched anything. I didn't have any cross-contamination reactions, and the food was so good, that even my non-celiac family members thought it was delicious lol!

The best selection of GF bakery products in Bellingham. They usually have GF muffins, scones and coffee cakes to go with their great coffee selections. Come early as they often sell out. My favorites are the GF Morning Glory Muffins which are also dairy free, and the Carrot Cake Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting (would be dairy free without the frosting). Many soy free options. Although it isn't a dedicated bakery I haven't had a problem with the product.
