On peut manger sans gluten au Bistro Avril. Pizza aux artichauts, brownie au caramel, muffins, salades et plus encore. Tout est cuisiné sur les lieux avec les produits vendus du supermarché. Bien sûr, il ne faut pas avoir peur de la contamination croisée. Il a bien sûr des aliments avec gluten tout près de ceux sans gluten.

Je ne recommanderais pas Avril pour les cœliaques … Il y a de la contamination croisée sur les plats en présentoir et ma conjointe (cœliaque) a été malade à quelques reprises après y avoir allé.
