They are considerate towards celiacs but the fries are cross contaminated, get cooked in same frier as funnel cake fries

As of October 2022, they still have GF buns. They asked "allergy or preference" and I said allergy, so the chef came out to talk to me one-on-one. She carefully explained what was/wasn't GF, how the fries have separate fryers but how oil could possibly cross over (she was very honest which I appreciated) and offered alternatives they could make for me. Great service and yummy food!

This place is celiac friendly is because the manager came out to talk with us and he/she told us the fries were not gluten free. I had orange on side and He/She let’s look at the menu. See from our celiac friends and the only option is the regular hot dog on gluten free bun :)

Tasty hot dogs! Great with gluten allergies, but not great with dairy allergies. My brother with dairy allergy got very sick after eating here.
Was told everything is cooked on the same grill with the gluten items. Did not eat there.
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful when ordering for my daughter, whom has celiac disease. Ordered an all beef hot dog with a gluten free bun. Was advised against fries but she got fresh fruit and a smoothie.

Talked to chef and he said frys are safer at smokehouse (here have separate fryer but adjacent to wheat one).
Best hot dog bun I've had. Wish I had known about it before our last day there. Much better than the one at Coca-Cola on Main St. Disneyland. They were careful as usual. Disney is good about that.
