Stopped in here for lunch after touring NU. There was nobody else in the restaurant and that concerned me, but I didn’t know where else to go that could do gf. I ordered at the counter and was delighted when they asked me “gf for preference or allergy”. That’s when I knew they knew what they were doing and I didn’t need to worry. My chicken sandwich was brought out to me separately - another marker that made me more confident I was getting a safe meal. It was delicious. I’d definitely go back there again.
Gluten free hamburger was delicious and love that they had a gluten free bun option. Not everything in the menu is gluten free but the staff is very knowledgable and confident about the cross contamination and are always reassuring. My (non gluten free) family and friends always come here whenever I am in town. It's a great place to get together and be able to have gf and non gf option. Also the ingredients are always fresh whenever we come as well.
Amazing gluten free burger and fries great service it is also can be dairy and soy free
I had one good experience here and one terrible one. The first time, I requested a gluten free bun and asked them to prep my burger on separate surfaces, etc. My order was marked for a gluten allergy. I watched really closely to make sure - kitchen is open- air - and everything looked fine. I didn't get sick. But the next time I went back, making the same request and paying less attention, they must've done something different. Not sure if it was the bun or burger, but something got cross contaminated and I got sick! I won't be going back.
A little pricey for burger/fries, but the food is good quality, and the gluten free bun holds together for the whole burger.
Very good "fast food." Sometimes they over-toast the GF buns, but still worth it any day
Great tasting burger & fries, but probably took a risk eating here based on cross contamination issues. Gal who took my order asked if it was an allergy (yes), guy who made my burger switched gloves, but everything cooked together and assembled together, so chance for contamination is high
My biggest issue with the way b.good handles orders for "Gluten Free". If it's a preference, they have one method. If it's an allergy, they have a different, stricter protocol. Unfortunately, if the word "allergy" doesn't make it to the kitchen, then the food gets contaminated. I have brought this issue to their attention, and they refuse to make any change to their procedure.
Really delicious burger and fries. My only complaint is that the people working the cashier weren't able to answer my questions about cross contamination on their own - props to them though for getting the manager who was very knowledgeable.
awesome turkey burger w udi's bun. they have chicken sandwiches too and salads. Sweet pot & reg fries bakes, not fried, great! whole fam liked this place!
Great place to eat burgers and sweet potato fries..staff was extremely knowledgable about gluten free menu
Saw this place just walking by, amazing hamburger and I didn't get sick.
Great customer service. I must eat here three times a week, they know my order by heart. Never a problem with cross contamination. They use Udi's gf buns. My only complaint is that the marinade for the grilled chicken contains gluten.
When asked they did change gloves & get a new patty (didn't use one someone else put in the grill) but they use the same sauce & spoon they do for the gluten buns. I took a chance. Bad idea. Within an hour I had severe gas. If you are sensitive to minor cross contamination do not eat here
I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem! The menu is clearly marked (good for dairy free options too), the fries are cooked separately / celiac safe, and the GF buns are toasted in separate toasters (the other buns are heated on a separate grill). It’s all automated ordering so I just went up to the pick-up area and told them I have and allergy/celiac and the attendant announced it, then everyone changed their gloves/put new papers down on their workspace. I felt really safe and didn’t get sick! Definitely a travel gem for us celiacs!
