Excellent chain with GF oven baked fries, GF buns and burgers served on beds of lettuce as an option. Menu well marked with GF, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

No star isn't an option. I visited the Glastonbury, CT location. Never again. Dirty, cheap table sets, slow service. Staff were all kids. Both burgers that I ordered were dry and the fries were so greasy I could squeeze the oil out :-(

Even if you mention Celiac allergy they are iffy at best with cross contamination on the burgers. Fries are pretty safe though and delicious!

Many options beyond burgers. Many local ingredients. Udi's buns!!

When you order with a special item (like gluten free bun), the people ask you if your order is an allergy or not. If so, they cook it on a completely different grill. Its wondeful :) However, not all their burgers are always "fresh" tasting.

Menu clearly marked. Great burger and fries or grain bowl. Never had an issue.

I had a good experience here. I was a little nervous since it is a quick fast food type place, but I had no reaction and there were a number of menu items that I could choose from.

I was here at breakfast time and after waiting in line was told I could only get a breakfast sandwich. No breakfast bowls available so I could not get the one and only GF item on the menu. And they were not polite about it. Will not return. Based on their attitude I would not trust that anything would be prepared safely anyway.
