I didn't get sick, so that's good. The young waitress was nice and assured me my food would be prepared safely. But the burger came out WAY overcooked, like practically burned through and VERY dry (I almost choked trying to swallow my first bite), and the GF bun was hard as a rock - I couldn't bite into it. Like was it sitting out for a month getting dried out? I don't think I'll be going back.
Our server (Coco) was awesome, she was so accommodating and featuring in regards to my celiac needs. I ended up ordering a big salad (those are my favorite and I hadn't had a good one in a long time), so I can't speak for the burgers. The salad was fantastic. I enjoyed a High Noon (hard seltzer) with my meal. Thank you!!
They have a separate GF menu and a bun for burgers that's pretty tasty and doesn't fall apart. The only sides that are GF are the salads (w/o) croutons and the chips. The menu shows things that are made in house, like sauces and condiments, so you can make your own decision on what you put on your burger.
Came here for late lunch on a Thursday and it wasn’t very busy. They have a separate gf menu that is actually in a plastic case, which may be the first I’ve seen of that! The gf menu is limited, mainly consisting of a couple sides and the byo burger and salad options, instead of all the burgers on their main menu. I got a double angus burger with a variety of toppings. The primary side available is “kettle chips” which was not their house chips, instead just a bag. The burger was outstanding, it unfortunately defeated the bun with its juiciness, but that was somewhat expected. Toppings and service were top notch.
I’ve gone into this restaurant thrice, once by myself and twice with friends who wanted to eat there. The time l went by myself, l sat at the bar for 20 min and neither the manager nor the bartender greeted me, despite them obviously both seeing me. Both times l went with friends, l was told that the kitchen staff is poorly trained about gluten free cooking and that no thought is given to cross contamination. I was told that corporate marks what’s GF on the menu, so the kitchen just assumes the food comes to the table GF because corporate knows the ingredients. All the three times l left without eating.
I love this place!!! I’m always hesitant to try new places, but I felt very safe after speaking to the staff. They answered all my questions about cross-contamination, changing gloves, and understanding my celiac. From the GF menu, I built my own burger and salad. The food was amazing!! I also did not get sick, which is the best! Definitely will be going back;)
