GF menu: make your own burgers or make your own salads. We did burgers: so good. Kitchen very careful. GF beers. Definitely worth a visit.
Had the best blue BBQ burger there on a very tasty gluten free bun. The burger was amazing! The server, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and even did a search to ensure everything was indeed gluten free. Will definitely go again. Thank you for being celiac friendly!
This usurped Crave as my favorite burger in town. They have a decent GF bun or a lettuce wrap option; both are good and I liked their black bean patty as well. The GF menu had some options that were not on the main one, so it may need to be updated. The staff had only cursory gluten knowledge. Delicious toppings.
Disappointed! With a GF menu and GF buns you would think they would have a dedicated fryer but NO. Side dish to go with sandwiches is a bag of chips! I had the make your own grilled chicken sandwich, the GF bun was smashed and the chicken was not good. Too many other places to choose from in the area that are much better. Even the fast food places.
Horrible gf menu. Only three of their sauces are gf and one salad dressing. They do have a gf bun option, but French fries are fried with gluten items so they serve potato chips. Not worth it.
it was over priced with very poor service I asked for a gluten free menu but was never received the bun was very gritty and fell apart almost immediately Trinity our waitress was rude ordered a cheeseburger and was charged extra for the cheese. my family and I will not be coming back
Made my own burger option with GF bun. Also has HG chili option was perfect! Decent GF MENU and options.
Awesome place for gluten-free people. Very conscious about the importance of being gluten-free. Uses separate cook space and pots/pans to reduce cross contamination issues. Cooked missed the gf on my order, manager caught it and made them remake both mine and my partner's meals to ensure safety and freshness.
This place is fantastic! I accidently forgot to order a gf bun, and by the time I remembered they brought my meal out with a full gluten bun-ouch. I told them I was GF and they brought out a new plate with a GF bun at no charge. Very impressed and no food hangover!
they have great GF buns or lettuce "buns". they have a seperate menu for gluten sensitive people, and have always done a good job with cooking the food safely with no cross contamination for people with celiac. i have celiac and i have never gotten sick here. they have burger and salad options, and fruit salad or chips for a side. the staff has always been great too! probably my favorite place to get a burger!!
I ordered the potato chips and queso, the server brought it out and said by the way I was just told this is not gluten free anymore it contains ale. Why bring it out? And why is it still on the menu?? So beware don't order the queso and ask if what you order is really gluten free.
One of the house specialties, the bacon cheeseburger, was absolutely the best hamburger I've ever had even on a gluten free bun, which often are dry and not tasty. The restaurant was so loud you really can't go there to have a conversation with anyone. The restaurant decor is fun to look at and the wait staff is helpful. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal. I'm still thinking about how good my burger was and wish I lived close enough to visit again soon! If you're in Charlotte, don't miss it!!
My second time there. The owner came out twice to check on my food and even to check about the mushrooms to make sure they would work for me. He went to the trouble to print out the ingredients. Very conscientious! Burger was delicious. I have to give it four stars just because it is a little confusing. Their regular burger has gluten in the seasoning. When i ordered off the gf menu and ordered Gf bun and fruit the waitress asked if I wanted my burger GF too. Wouldn't that be a given? Make sure to say you want a gf BURGER too.
Brand new Restaurant. Food was good but fairly limited GF menu compared to regular menu. Good GF buns. We ordered French fries even though they weren't on GF menu - cross contamination usually doesn't bother me, and I did OK with them. But the restaurant is extremely loud and you couldn't even hold a conversation. Another couple was saying the same thing as we both walked out at the same time.
This location does not have gf fries but everything else is great!
Burgers are good but fries and even soft serve ice cream is not GF. Chips and fruit are only gf sides available. Staff seems very knowledgeable each time I have eaten here, so I don't worry about getting sick. Overall a decent selection of menu items but quite pricey for what you get. Also, menu says potato chips are house made...that's not true. They are Cape Cod brand.
they are omg so slow... apparently it takes 20 minutes to cook a hamburger patty. when they ignored my instructions about no onions and had to take it back and fix it I reminded the manager that the cook staff needs to change their gloves before touching my food, to make sure there was no gluten contamination.... he said "what's gluten?"
They have a gluten free menu and the waitress was very knowledgeable. When I asked for fries she told me they are not gluten free because of cross contamination in the deep fryer. The burgers are great and the gluten free bun was above average but did tend to get doughy from the juices of the burger. All in all I highly recommend it.
All of the servers are very knowledgable and receive training on which foods are gluten free. Can't speak for a wide variety of gluten free choices since it's my 10 year old who has celiac, but he was able to order a burger with a GF bun, and they have chips (not the ones they make there) to go along with it, and he was happy.
Great food, kitchen staff needs to double check food before letting it out of the kitchen. Wait staff and manager are knowledgable of what GF on the menu. I give it 3 stars bc it has room for improvement. My order was immediately corrected once the issue was brought to light.
Always nice to have a burger
very limited menu....they even put gluten in their turkey burger the fries are done in a shared fryer so those are off limits. The milkshakes even have gluten lol and that's not even because of any cookie topping they actually have gluten in the icecream and the cheese serve with the chips taste like velveeta. I will not be going back here unless they change the menu.
The food is great, but it's always so hectic here that I'm never 100% confident that my food will be handled carefully. They carry the table's food out (gf & non-gf) on a single tray, so if you're very sensitive be sure to ask them to plate it separately (I do every time, but it's always a crap shoot whether or not they will comply). Sides are limited but burgers and (tons of) toppings are fantastic!!! I skip the bun & go straight for a lettuce wrap eaten with fork & knife. They serve Cape Cod chips in individual bags or a fruit bowl on the side.
