Did I have to go back after they said "they made me a gf bagel" because it was to tasty to be gf? Yes. Spoiler it was in fast gf, and so delicious, definitely keeping this as my favorite gf spot on walking distance.
It did take "longer" because i said i cant do cross contamination, took only like 15 mins.
Just a normal gluten free bun instead of a normal bun for a bit of an extra fee. They also have one gluten free pastry and a bun that has a really small amount of gluten in it. Cross contamination however is a great possibility. They do ask you if you can handle crumbs and if you can they’ll clean the workspace for you.
The waitress was super helpful and knew exactly what contained gluten. The meal is made separately, the bagel goes into the oven with the package still over it, and they use clean knives and cutting boards. They even have the allergy instructions for the staff in their allergy menu and they take celiac disease very seriously!!
