Review of Bake Me Happy

Besides the fact that the food is dense (from gluten free flour overuse) and really isn’t great, I have an anaphylactic tree nut allergy, and most of the staff could not tell me what was nut free and which items contained almond flour. Bad, and unsafe, way to do business.

As we realize that not everyone will love our treats and we are surely ok with that, our staff are very well trained with how to deal with allergies. We do not use almond flour in any of goods, our flour base contains rice flours, sorghum, corn starch and tapioca flours. We have nuts in our facility, but use care with handling our allergens. When in doubt, we always ask sometime to err on the side of caution because their health is of the utmost importance. We have a very detailed chart of all our allergens at the bakery counter, just ask.
