Lovely awareness of celiac and gluten-free needs at this spot. They served my turkey burger on nicely toasted Udis, on a black plate to ensure it wasn't mixed up with any other gluten containing entree. Healthy sized burger, and a side salad of greens organically grown by the restaurant. Although it isn't a dedicated facility, they take celiac seriously, and the hostess, the server, and the chef knew exactly what I meant when I said I have celiac.
