Review of Balade

I had a great experience here. I was nervous after reading the only other review, so I called the restaurant before going. The manager went over the entire menu with me to let me know what I could or couldn’t eat. We were a group of 10 and ordered the off pre fix menu. My waiter couldn’t have been more helpful. Every time a new course of food would arrive at the table he would advise if I couldn’t have something or make adjustments so I could. For the Kababs, the tray near me did not have the pita bread. My salad had no pita chips and they hand cut and fried my French fries in a separate frier from everyone else. Everything was absolutely delicious, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and we had a wonderful night with no cross contamination side effects.
