This is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but the staff had a good grasp of how to avoid cross contamination.

Gluten free offerings were labeled and brought in separate paper packaging when needed. Everyone could answer any questions I had about gluten free offerings and precaution.

Breakfast was “continental” (boiled eggs, fruit, GF muffin, yogurt, GF granola) and served in a basket due to COVID.

Dinner was a limited menu but all offerings besides the chocolate cake were gluten free (steak with chimichurri, GF salmon cakes, salad with optional chicken, apple ginger “crisp”).
