Pre-pandemic they were very good about cross-contamination, and I ate here many times without issue. After they re-opened, I have been CC'd multiple times every time. I would make sure to let them know you have celiac if you dine here because you will not automatically be fine from CC. They aren't major glutenings, so they probably haven't changed the recipe to contain gluten, and the damage is likely from CC. If you're a non-sensitive celiac, you may not notice symptoms.
