Tagus was the manager and so knowledgeable about celiac and precautious. It was only our second time going to a restaurant since my four year old’s diagnosis and he was very assuring of the safe protocols they follow there. Our daughter was able to have French fries and fried chicken which she was excited about. They shared they are about 90% gluten free, and everything tasted great. We would absolutely eat there again.
