Review of Bantam + Biddy

Can I just say this is single handedly the best gluten free dining experience I have ever had!! The sign on the door says “certified AF” as in certified as f***, because they are certified to cater to nearly every major food allergy. I told the staff I had celiac and they said I’d be able to have everything on the menu (except the biscuits).

I ordered the chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, and fried green tomatoes. (I’m from the south so these are staples I miss dearly). The chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever had, including all the gluten tenders I’ve had before diagnosis! The Mac and cheese was really good too, needed a little salt but that is nothing I can’t fix. The fried green tomatoes were cooked perfectly and came with a herb goat cheese. My husband had never had fried green tomatoes and he said they were amazing! (He is not celiac)

At the end of my meal the server came up and offered me a FREE slice of gluten free cake.

The smile on my face throughout this whole meal said it all, it was perfect. I’m from out of town, but you bet your butt I will be back!
