Super knowledgeable staff. We had some questions about corn, and they went to get the kitchen manager to answer all our questions.
Then the kitchen manager offered to go make a waffle batter without corn for us. They make their own batter, so she was able to alter this for us.
The quality was top notch. Banana nut waffle tasted like the gluten ones we remember from way back. The eggs and bacon and protein stuff was high quality and very tasty as well.
It was such a joy to find this little gem of a restaurant where we could enjoy food and not have to worry about allergic reactions. We’ll be back here every time we find ourselves in Chattanooga.
